Our specialty is in the area of training companies how to reduce the risk and improve cashflow for international trade. Training Philosophy/Style 

We believe adults learn best if three conditions exist:

            1)         They are having fun,
            2)         They are involved in the learning process,
            3)         The material is relevant to their current work assignments.

Therefore, our style is informal, encouraging participants to participate by asking questions and offering comments. The presentations include role-playing, open discussion, and workbooks, which can serve as a valuable resource after the seminars. The presentations are sprinkled with interesting and entertaining stories based on real life experiences to illustrate points.

Participants will be asked to complete a pre-test and a post-test so they can see for themselves how much they have learned. At the conclusion of the seminars, participants will be asked to complete an evaluation. Copies of the evaluations will be provided to the coordinator of the seminars.
